The all-new 2025 Subaru Forester features a completely reimagined passenger cabin. This in-vehicle technology system allows you to monitor and control the all-new Forester using your enabled smartphone and the MySubaru app. The range of services available include Remote Engine Start, Advanced Automatic Collision Notification, Enhanced Roadside Assistance, Customizable Vehicle Alerts and Concierge Services. This unique suite of services is available on a free three-year trial subscription on the Touring trim level and up. 2025 Forester Convenience Trim dual 7-inch infotainment screens.

Doubly enjoyable dual 7-inch infotainment system

Standard equipment on the Forester Convenience, this lively infotainment system features two 7-inch high-resolution touchscreens and four speakers. There are plenty of entertainment options here, either by connecting your compatible iPhone® or Android® device, using its SiriusXM® capability‡ or choosing one of the pre-loaded apps. This system also features auxiliary audio input, steering wheel integrated controls, and Bluetooth® connectivity with voice activation and streaming audio. Also included for your convenience are a USB-A port in the front, as well as a single USB-A and single USB-C port for the rear seat.

Dynamic new 11.6-inch infotainment system

Available on the Touring and Sport trim levels, this infotainment system features an 11.6-inch, high-resolution, multi-gesture capacitive touchscreen that functions like a smartphone or tablet. The system incorporates Bluetooth® mobile phone connectivity with voice activation and streaming audio, auxiliary audio input and steering wheel integrated controls. The Touring version includes six speakers, while the Sport receives the 11-speaker Harman Kardon® audio system with subwoofer and amplifier. Wireless Apple CarPlay® and Android AutoTM connectivity is standard across the board, as is SiriusXM® capability‡, wireless phone charger and a single USB-A and USB-C port for both the front and rear.

Top-of-the-line 11.6-inch infotainment system with navigation

This premium infotainment system incorporates an 11.6-inch, high-resolution multi-gesture capacitive touchscreen and “what3words” GPS navigation. The system features Bluetooth® mobile phone connectivity with voice activation and streaming audio, auxiliary audio input and steering wheel integrated controls. Standard features include wireless Apple CarPlay® and Android AutoTM functionality, SiriusXM® capability‡, and a single USB-A and USB-C port for both the front seat and the back. On the Forester Limited and Premier trim levels, a premium Harman Kardon® audio system with 11 speakers, subwoofer, amplifer and a wireless phone charger are included.

Chargers, ports and connectivity

Being able to connect when you want to be off-the-grid is important. That’s why all Forester trim models feature an auxiliary audio input and a number of ports for charging smartphones. All trim levels feature a single USB-A up front and a single USB-A and a single USB-C port in the back of the centre console. For the Forester Touring and above, there’s another USB-C port for front-seat passengers. There’s also an available wireless phone charger for the Touring trim level models and up.

Ultra-versatile and user-friendly cargo area

The all-new Forester features a very versatile cargo area that’s wide and spacious. The space is large enough to accommodate four tour-sized golf bags or four large suitcases and the 60/40-split flat-folding rear seats are more flush, creating a more level total cargo area. There are four metal hooks, four resin hooks and two upper cargo hooks to help secure loose items, and anchor points have been repositioned to better work with various accessories, including bars and racks. The available power liftgate has been reengineered to free up more cargo space and the liftgate itself has available hands-free kick sensor*, automatic closing and locking functions. Standard LED lights on the liftgate and in the cargo area boost convenience even more.

Crowd-pleasing levels of comfort

The passenger cabin has been redesigned and reengineered for ultimate comfort. There’s abundant space all around, including ample elbow room for front-seat passengers and plenty of legroom for those riding in the back. All trim levels feature standard heated front seats with a wide coverage area to provide more warmth. The Limited and Premier trim levels also have rear outboard heated seats. On the Touring trim level and above, there’s a 10-way power driver’s seat with lumbar support. The Limited and Premier trim levels feature the same driver’s seat but with an added memory function, while the front passenger enjoys an 8-way adjustable power seat. Lastly, the front seats on the Forester Premier are heated and ventilated to better combat all weather conditions.
