Aerodynamic power-adjustable side mirrors

Precisely designed side mirrors are critical to ensuring a safer driving experience: the positioning, the shape, the glass area and the functionality must all be best-in-class. These heated and power-adjustable side mirrors come standard while Touring trims and higher get available auto-dimming functionality to ensure superior visibility at all times. They’re also aerodynamically sculpted to increase efficiency and reduce wind noise, and foldable to better fit tight spaces. For vehicles equipped with the available Subaru Rear/Side Vehicle Detection (SRVD) system, the LED indicators are placed on the mirror housing for better visibility. Limited and Premier trim levels include a passenger-side mirror with auto-tilting function when reverse gear is selected.

Expansive power sunroof

Sunny days just seem sunnier when driving a vehicle with a substantial sunroof. This available power sunroof is sized just right to ensure a proper dose of vitamin D and a healthy measure of fresh breezes. For when things get too sunny, the manual sunshade provides protection. This smartly designed sunroof doesn’t encroach on headroom to any great degree, so it’s perfect for all drivers and passengers.

Smart power liftgate, smarter hands-free option

Available on the Forester Touring and above, this power liftgate can be conveniently operated via the key fob or the new hands-free kick sensor^† positioned under the rear bumper. Also included are a lock function, a stop-position memory function that sets the opening height and a safety sensor that senses objects in the path of the liftgate. All trim levels also feature an LED light mounted on the liftgate and another LED in the cargo area itself to make loading and unloading at night a snap.

Selection of four lightweight aluminum alloy wheel designs

The all-new Forester is available with four different aluminum alloy wheel packages. The Convenience and Touring trim levels feature split 6-spoke, 17-inch alloy wheels in two-tone with machined finish. The Forester Sport rides on bold, bronze-coloured, 15-spoke, 19-inch alloy wheels^. The Limited trim level has stunning 10-spoke, 18-inch alloy wheels in two-tone with machined finish. Lastly, the Premier trim level rolls on spectacular 15-spoke, 19-inch alloy wheels^ two-tone with machined finish.

2025 Forester LED Steering Responsive Headlight.

Ultra-bright LED headlights

Engineered to cast an ultra-bright and ultra-white beam, these LED headlights are standard equipment on all trim levels. The headlights can turn on automatically in low-light conditions to ensure greater visibility. All trim levels also feature Steering Responsive Headlights, which follow the direction of the vehicle while cornering, generating vastly improved visibility and safety. Another standard feature on the all-new Forester, High Beam Assist (HBA) automatically switches the high beams on and off according to the proximity of other vehicles.

Illuminating LED fog lights

Available on the Touring trim level and higher, these LED fog lights cut through tricky conditions to boost visibility and driver confidence at night. The LED fog lights on all models feature a low wider beam for improved visibility in even the trickiest of driving conditions.
